Satellite constellations include many components and networked systems that, together, form a sum greater than its parts.  Similarly, multiple patent strategies are recommended to be employed together to thoroughly protect an overall satellite constellation.  This talk will cover best practices for companies to manage invention ownership, strategies for building a comprehensive patent portfolio for a satellite constellation, and technology licensing.
